Does Obrizum replace our existing LMS?
No. Obrizum works alongside your LMS and can feed refined content back into it. You keep your systems and gain the picture they can’t give you. Depending on the use case, Obrizum could also replace an LMS.
What content do we need to get started?
What you already have. Policies, procedures, documentation, video and audio and existing courses all work as source material.
How is the AI kept accurate?
Human-in-the-loop validation. Obrizum requires subject matter experts to review generated learning content before it reaches a single learner. The exception is the learner-facing Virtual Assistant, which uses RAG search to generate answers grounded in the content the learner has access to. It also carries a warning: “While rare, Obrizum’s Gen AI can make mistakes. Always review output and check any available references.”
Where is our data held, and who can see it?
Obrizum is certified to ISO 27001 and holds Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Enterprise customers can review relevant security documentation, data processing arrangements and access controls during evaluation.
