What is the purpose of the role?
We are ambitious and growing fast and are now looking for our next key hire to help us scale the business. This is an exciting time to be joining Obrizum Group as we enter new markets and scale existing ones. We are now looking to recruit a Head of
Marketing who will own and be responsible for the company Marketing and Lead Generation strategy. You will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, developing and implementing marketing strategies which will strengthen our brand and build sustainable growth.
What does the job entail?
The Head of Marketing will have responsibility for the development of the long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on:
Achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition
Identifying the right marketing channels and building a dynamic marketing mix that helps deliver a strong pipeline
The development and implementation of a winning Lead Generation strategy
Development and execution of a demand gen playbook including producing campaigns, webinars and events that align with overall goals and help deliver net new demand
Working closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives
Working closely with Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
Take ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition; including brand and communications
Building and executing ABM strategies and programs
Ongoing market reviews and competitor analysis
What we are looking for?
You will bring the following skills to the role of Head of Marketing:
5+ years B2B SaaS-based marketing experience, ideally in the HR industry
A track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams demonstrating
A data-driven approach with a thorough understanding of the demand generation funnel
Experience of working with a high growth or scaling business having implemented a successful lead generation plan
Marketing automation experience (ideally with HubSpot)
Self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills
You will be looking for a fresh challenge, prepared to roll your sleeves up and deliver a winning Marketing strategy
Digital and social media savvy
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Someone who is able to think outside the box
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills with expert command of both written and spoken English
What do we offer?
We are based in Cambridge and some office time will be essential to really
understand how to direct the growth plans of the business. However, Obrizum
Group is a flexible company which enables remote and flexible working.
Competitive salary package depending on experience between 90k - 100k
